I have used the Agenda Wizard for some time in OOo 1.1, but I am having
great problems with 2.0.
When I arrive at "Finish", I get the message "Error loading BASIC of
document
file://usr/lib/OpenOffice.org1.1.4/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:General
Error
General input/output error"
This occurs twice, then the program crashes, and I get the document
recovery screen, which does not actually fulfil its promise to recover
the document, and OOo 2.0 closes.
It also looks as though there is a fault in the wizard from what I see
on the document in progress that appears behind the wizard, in that
although I have left unchecked the box for a sheet for recording
minutes, the Minutes headings are still there.
On a separate matter of the wizard design itself, I am very disappointed
to see that the neat idea of incrementally registering the estimated
time for each item to give the target time for arriving at each item has
been dropped. Instead, each separate time allowed is listed only.
If this is to be the final version, I shall keep 1.1.5 on my computer
for that reason alone. When chairing meetings I find the time-keeping
facility incorporated in that version invaluable.
