I found the one-bullet-at-a-time transition feature in Impress hard to
find, too. I see that the question and answer process is complete by now
thanks to CP. However I wanted to mention I have an article on
TechTarget.com that does a walkthrough of creating a 2.0 Impress
presentation. It shows the steps for applying one bullet effect at a
time, plus making master pages and other features.
