Thanks, I was unaware of that. I note:

o       The report is two years old and seems to have withered.

o       The discussion gets bogged down in the accuracy of the dialog's 
        label, rather than dealing with the question of whether the 
        completion list should be changed to be persistent.

o       I added my comment and vote. 

o       The issue now has one vote.


Anything could happen, of course, but it doesn't seem like we
should expect change soon. We can hope.
