CPH - why does that matter? I thought style ref's didn't work in OOo,

Hi Naomi
Sorry, I did not know what a "style reference" was and assumed that it was no different to other document elements.
No offense taken, mate :-) A 'style reference' is an MS Word feature
which can be used in headers and footers, for example, to refer to text
which is formatted with a specific style. For example, I used to use a
style reference in the headers of my manuals. It was set to 'Heading 1'
style, which designated a 'chapter' of my manual... and meant that the
header could be set once per document, and would automatically come up
with the name of the chapter the page belonged to. The Outline Numbering
and Chapter References in OOo Writer (once I found them) work much the
same way, just different terminology and a little extra setup.
