Hi Raj,
Choose File > Save As and in the file type dropdown list, select
Microsoft Word. Keep the same file name or give it another name, and
save it. Then email that document to employers.
The most reliable way to send a document that everyone can open, if the
receiver doesn't need to change the document, is to create a PDF. Click
the PDF icon on the object bar and create a PDF version of that
document. Then email that document to employers.
