(I tried to send this a few days ago but haven't seen it yet, so I'm
resending. My apologies if this is a repeat posting.)
I have a puzzling problem. A co-worker reported that when she's in
Calc, her alignment buttons (left, center, right, justified) aren't
usable; they're grayed out. She's running 1.1.4, as am I.
She can go into the Format, Cells menu and modify the alignment. She
sent me her file, and it was fine on my computer (the alignment buttons
worked). I went to her computer, and verified that the alignment
buttons were not working. I tried opening a new spreadsheet file, and
the buttons were still not usable. She reports that the buttons do not
work with any other of her Calc files either.
She reports that she does NOT have this problem with Writer; the
buttons work fine.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing the alignment
buttons to be grayed out in Calc?
Thanks,
