Hi Frédéric,
 In OOo 2.0 have a look at "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Language Settings" and if 
the "Locale" is not set to "French" then please change it. Now you should 
find that the keypad "." when pressed produces a ",". For OOo1.1.4 I think 
that there is a "OOoVirgule" program which does something similar. Also 
please note that there is a very active French community at 
http://fr.openoffice.org with relevant mailing lists at "Mailing Lists".
