Nope - they happily coexist - although, we have been using the 2.o builds since about build 79 (about 9 months ago?), with *very* little trouble. As far as I'm concerned, the 2.0 builds have been more stable than the 'stable' 1.x versions for a long time, so there is absolutely no need to keep the old version around.
