This is OpenOffice 2.0 on a SunFire V250 Solaris/SPARC System.
1: I notice that from the Options menu, when I select the Java entry the Java
Options screen appears and then OO completely hangs for about 25 seconds as
it apparently searches for the Java Runtime. It then correctly reports:
* Sun Microsystem Inc. Version 1.5.0_05
Why does it take OO so long to locate and report on this?
2: I have a dual-headed system with a separate Gnome desktop application
running on each screen (i.e., DISPLAY :0.0 and :0.1). If I start OO
on one display, I cannot get any other OO application to start on the
other screen. Is there some way to work around this problem so that I
can use both screens?
