Hello all, I've been playing around with OOo 2 for a while and have really enjoyed it. However, I can't quite replace Excel with Calc quite yet b/c Calc's goal seek is a bit too primitive for my needs.
Specifically, I need to be able to goal seek to find a min and max, as well as a specific value. I also need to be able to adjust multiple cells and to have constraints. For example, I have a cost minimization spreadsheet where I need to find the minimum cost where 20 cells need to be adjusted subject to about 12 constraints. Not super complex, but certainly non-trivial. Is there a plug-in or add-on for OOo Calc that would help with this sort of thing? Thanks!
