If you want to change the font, highlight the text you want to
change. Instead of using Paragraph styles, use Character styles (2nd
icon from the left instead of the first one). Right click Default, and
select New. Name the new style with the font you want to use. Make your
modification, and click OK. Double click this new style in the
Character style list. The highlighted text should change to what you
want.
