Probably something local to you such as you are not connected to the
Internet when the window pops up. Nonetheless, I would like you to try
selecting "Already registered" and see if OOo will let you use OOo. If
not, please uninstall OOo and get a completely new copy, double-check
the md5sum of the downloaded image and, if it matches what is on
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.0/md5sums.html , install the suite.
If yes, then you can always try the registration/survey later by
clicking Help > Registration.
