Hello, My wife has been using OpenOffice (Writer is all she needs) for well over a year now, which replaced WordPerfect quite nicely and she's been very happy with it. Thank you for all your hard work.
Her biggest problem is with the English dictionary which is used to check her spelling. She has told me on numerous occasions that the Wordperfect dictionary is superior to the oo dictionary. Are there any extensions to this dictionary, or possibly a way to add to the openoffice dictionary (not just ours but to help out the community dictionary)? Some examples: A.M./P.M. cowry/cowrie noogie CDs/DVDs principal's jailbait midstep nah cutie Also if: woah is typed, then the user realizes they wanted whoa (which is in the dictionary) it is not available on the right click. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
