A couple of dialog screens after the start of the setup there is the "Setup 
Type" option. The choice is "Complete" or "Custom", and the description says 
that's where you can change where the program components are installed. So 
if you select "Custom", you'll see a "Change" button which lets the 
installation path be changed.
