I installed 2.0 fresh, no upgrade -- messed up the ooo2dbk install --
uninstalled (without manually removing everything left after the
uninstall) -- then reinstalled. That's when I started getting the
error. Uninstalling again and manually removing everything fixed the
error, before reinstalling for the 3rd time.

I removed the package, swriter still kept looking for script.xlb and
would give the error whenever it wasn't found. I finally had to
uninstall OpenOffice and manually delete all OpenOffice files
everywhere. When I reinstalled and installed ooo2dbk correctly, using
Tools->PackageManager, the error went away and everything worked
fine.
OpenOffice somewhere seems to remember files that may have since been
deleted.
Are you certain you installed rather than upgraded? I ask because the
symptoms you describe appear to be the result of an upgrade.
