If the columns in the two spreadsheet have the same headings/names, like spreadsheet1 name | address john | here jake | there which is replaced by spreadsheet2 name | pet | address jill | mouse | where jane | sheep | there then editing the fields isn't necessary. If, however, the second sheet has "place" instead of "address", then editing is necessary.
