I do not believe that OOo installed from rpms has a repair option.
However, in updating the 2.0 draft user guide, I found that this error
message indicates that the files script.xlc and/or
dialog.xlc are missing or corrupted. They should be located in the
directory .openoffice.org2/user/basic in your home directory.
Try exiting OOo (including Quickstarter!) and copy them from the folder
User/basic in the main application directory to the folder in your home
directory.
To be absolutely safe, you could also delete your local settings
directory ('rm -rf ~/.openoffice2'). The penalty for doing this is that
you will lose all your settings and customizations.
