CPH, I've called the program using the command line and the menu buttons, both remotely and on the actual machine, all to no avail.
The system is a fully up to date version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (Update 2) with the "extras" packages installed. It is a brand new HP xw4300 with 2GB memory and a P4 650. Any help you can give me will be much appreciated. If possible it is a good idea to see if you can run OOo on a "real" screen for this machine rather than on a remote desktop. At least in this way it may narrow down the problem to be a DISPLAY issue rather than a coding issue. -- CPH : openoffice.org contributor Maybe your question has been answered already? http://user-faq.openoffice.org/#FAQ ********************************************************************** AMEC Nuclear Holdings Limited (no. 3725076), AMEC NNC Limited (no. 1120437), National Nuclear Corporation Limited (no. 2290928), STATS-NNC Limited (no. 4339062) and Technica-NNC Limited (no. 235856).
