I have the same problem but with a samba
share on a linux server. I'm running Mac OS X 10.3.9.
It appears there may be a common problem with
accessing remote files with OOo 2 under OS X at
this time and we will have to wait to have this
addressed. For me it is a real problem as I do
almost all my work in OOo with files on the server.
