TO be frank, I cannot reproduce your problem. I have French (Canadian and France), English( US, Canada and GB), Italian and Swahili( Kenya and Tanzania) all enabled and all work. Have you gone to Tools > Options > Language Settings > Writing Aids, and and enabled the all languages check box in the Options list? -- PLEASE KEEP MESSAGES ON THE LIST.
