Hi Jol,

This has been addressed in the past in the OpenOffice.org
knowledgebase. Here is the solution I think you need, otherwise
have a look in the knowledgebase for further details.

Method: Cells were filtered by AutoFilters, standard filters or advanced
filters. 
Action: Copy the visible cells using copy and paste through the
clipboard, or using the middle mouse button, or by drag-and-drop while
pressing the Ctrl key. 
Result: Only the visible cells are copied.
