Depends on your needs and utilities. You should be able to install OOo
locally in your $HOME directory with little or no problem. On later
windows releases such as XP, I would expect that admin rights are
required. See the setup guide for scripts that may help. You can get
this via www.openoffice.org or http://documentation.openoffice.org/
