If you want to select 'attach data' (ie, you want to add the data to an existing table), there must be a table of the name that you entered in the database.
For instance, if I want to 'attach data' to table "orders" I must first ensure that there is a table with the name of "orders" in the database. If you want the import to create a new table, then you need to select 'definition and data'.
