We don't allow that, we're learning from Microsoft to make sure install is easy, uninstall requires a long and expensive ritual dance. :-D I'm just kidding. The question I have is what OS? Linux, Windoze, Mac? The uninstall will be different depending on which. Assuming you are in Windoze: Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and when it finally gives you the list of installed applications, find OpenOffice.org and click "remove".
