Take a look at Queries->Parameter Queries in the Help system.
If you want to use the name of the column in your prompt, just put a ? in the criteria. Otherwise put "=[Enter_Name]", for example, in the criteria. (As I recall, this was the same syntax in Access, but I could be wrong.)
