Clicking the "unsubscribe" link should have opened a new email window. When 
this happened, you should have sent the email. Then a confirmation email 
would have been sent back to you, and you were to reply to that email. (In 
both of these cases, there would have been no need to add any information to 
the email: just click Send.) It does take a little patience on your part. Due 
to the amount of traffic on the OOo web stite, the confirmation email may not 
be sent for two to three days after you have sent your request to 
unsubscribe.
     I would suggest you try again.
