Hi all, After some experiments I was able to solve it. I added the TOC at the end of the document and it worked, I also tried on the beginning of the doc (on the first page), and it worked too. So, the problem is only when I add the TOC on my 2nd page which has my custom style. Well, I don't know what's wrong.
