Two exception to this rule: Adobe Acrobat (not Reader, the full version

I have found that KWord will do this for some pdf files, but not for
others. and sometimes, but not always, I can save it from Ghostview or
Kghostview, and then at least i one case, it did not reproduce the font
(Cyrillic) properly.
