What email program are you using? I use Thunderbird. Thunderbird not only can send multiple attachments in a single email, its addressbook also interfaces beautifully with OO 2.0.

I also have WinXP Pro/SP2. I use Firefox 95% of the time. I use Internet Explorer 5% of the time (when I have to.) And I use Thunderbird exclusively now.
