Good Morning, for some reason I am having so much trouble installing and trying to sign in to your program. I have put my username and password in to no avail, can you please help me? My username is gwynnthebaby2241 and mail is [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Would appreciate any help as the time will soon be up for my free help and I haven't even gotten to use the program once. Thank you for your time, Gwynn Findlay

At OpenOffice.org, everything is free. The software, the help, everything. I suspect that your problem is really not a problem, but just a misunderstanding of what the software is asking you to do. Assuming you're using Windows, what's happening is one of these two things:

  1. If you're trying to install the software when it asks you for a
login, you're on a limited account, which means that without an
administrator's username and password, you won't be able to
install software such as OpenOffice.org. If you have the
administrator account name and password, you'll be able to install
it. If not, try to find out.
  2. OpenOffice.org may be asking you to register. This is totally
optional, so it doesn't really matter, and shouldn't keep you from
     running the software.
