The first time I opened an html file, I had a long list of 'save as'
options. The second time I opened the same file, there were only a few.
The difference was that the first file loaded into 'writer' and the
second loaded into 'writer / web'. The reason was that the first time I
selected HTML doc....writer) in the file type list before browsing to
the file. The second time, I left the file type at 'all files'.
