Thanks. It gave me a whole bunch of files like
below. This is not what I expected from reading
how to install on a web site. There are no
files with "installation" in their names. Only
a bunch of files of the type below (more than shown).
There is a README but it doesn't really say how
to install. Can anyone help me?
....
openoffice.org-base-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-core10-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-calc-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-draw-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-core01-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-gnome-integration-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-core02-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
openoffice.org-graphicfilter-2.0.0-3.i586.rpm
....
rpm -i openoffice.org*
Then cd into the directory (I forget the name, but it is in the same
directory with the above rpms) and rpm install the appropriate menu rpm
for your distro.
