     If you know the custom colour characteristics, you can add the hue of 
blue to your colours.
Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Colors (your version may have Colours). 
Change the RGB settings to the ones you need. (You can alternatively use the 
CMYK settings by clicking teh RGB drop down list.) Click Add. You will get a 
warning about the name already being used. Click OK. Change the name to the 
one you want. Click OK.
