Hello my name is Brenda I'm starting a new home base business and open office was
recommended to me. I am very new with the computer and to be honest I don't have
the computer skills and know how. I've tried to download the openoffice system at
one time but it was a very lengthy download & since I have dial-up it kicked me
off I was told because the computer was idol to long.I hope you can help me I'm
trying to figure this out. Can I purchase a CD-ROM to down load in my computer if

Hi Brenda
Go to http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/
Scroll down to near the bottom of the page ... see USA distributors ...
find Open Source Community ... click on the wee Chicken cartoon beside
OpenOffice. On the new page scroll to the bottom and select your
language and your computer operating system (e.g. Windows) then follow
on to checkout.
