Go to http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/
Scroll down to near the bottom of the page ... see USA distributors ... find Open Source Community ... click on the wee Chicken cartoon beside OpenOffice. On the new page scroll to the bottom and select your language and your computer operating system (e.g. Windows) then follow on to checkout.
