I agree. I am very pleased that my 12 year-old daughter has a very well-developed sense of courtesy. So much so that I have seen her friends react by becoming more polite.
What mail program do you use? I can censor (filter out) any mail by words in the body.
I use Thunderbird. I can create a filter on words in the body of a message (and the Junk Mail Controls work splendidly), but my point was that I shouldn't have to for this list.
