Apologies 

This morning, when I wrote the e-mail, I created a small example to show the 
problem (since the actual problem happened at work).  I though I WAS setting 
indentation from the styles on each of the paragraphs.

However, I have just tried to repeat it now to send an example document, and 
its all worked perfectly.


I gone back to the source document I was working with at work, and I think I 
have figured the problem.  It seems that the position section in outline 
numbering was showing a left indent and that was causing the effect I was 
seeng
