Not if he's sensible. The new Scottish Parliament has no power in military or foreign affairs, and, on the other hand, Scotland has had its own separate legal system all along. (The Parliament in London was responsible for maintaining both.) And Elizabeth II is still the Queen of Scotland.

Furthermore, Great Britain, as remarked above, is the name of the island where most of Scotland is, willy-nilly, located.
