Has anyone successfully used Orca to modify the install
.MSI file for Windows for OpenOffice 2.0?
We need to make an install version for our school that
bypasses the license setup, registration screen, sets the
Load/Save features for MS Office and selects the default
file save as features. We can't find where in the MSI
database the settings are, or the values to set.
Based on some list traffic, this would be beneficial to
several users. We have 2nd and 3rd grade students using
version 2.0 and it works great except for these log-on
settings. We are even considering downgrading to 1.1.5 if
we can't solve this.
