( http://openoffice.org -> "My Pages" -> "Register", then when you receive a confirmation email, "Login" and "File an issue" ) In this way the relevant developers will see your bug report and you will also see the progress of this bug report if it is accepted.
Well, if this is a bug and not just an omitted feature, then I'm utterly floored how on earth it's passed notice for so long, unless others thought as I did that was just an intrinsic inability of OOo!
