Hi Tim, What site were you trying to download from ? Also some users reported that their antivirus programs incorrectly seem to think that some of the downloaded data from OOo was a virus and changed the data. If that is happening to you, then please shutdown your email program and then your temporarily disable your antivirus program. Then download and install OOo. After that re-enable your antivirus program.
