The original message is obviously spam, with the faked sender being [EMAIL PROTECTED] The content is in Hungarian, the subject says "Let's Smile!", the body "If even this picture can't make you happy, I give up! Kisses, Minoirette". The recipient has apparently not recognised the nature of the mail, just hit reply. His reply is "Do we know each other?".
I don't think he realised he was talking to a mailing list.
