I getting something unexpected. This is actually part of an 87 page
document still under development. I can't afford to go and try to fix
the html, I need ways to make it look ok while editing/updating the
document.
In this case I went back to MS word which does a somewhat better job
of export, but has its own set of problems/surprises.
