[users] Creating custom paper formats in Writer

Hi,

I do a lot of work with half size (5.5 x 8.5) sheets of paper, primarily 
but not exclusively for doing booklets.  While I can easily create half 
size page styles, what I can't figure out is how to permanently add a 
half size paper format to the list of existing formats.

Is that even doable?  How?
