Because 123 is super-successful (or better to say "was supersuccessful" :-))
program, whereas WordPro was IMHO kind of disaster (both from programmer's
and marketing side) so it was never widespread, so that it would deserve
support in OOo. Of course, this is open source, so if you need you can
write (and contribute) filter yourself :-).
