Thank you Paul,
the problem is that I cant even open the OO Programm, whereever i find it on 
my PC and dooble clickto open it will only try to react for half a second 
and then nothing happens. Thats what I need the Quickstarter for, to get the 
whole thing running.

When you have OOo open, go to tools > options > memory and select
'load open office during startup..."

This should bring your quickstarter back...
