Hope you can help me,--- I have Openoffice 1.1.2 installed which has been
working great until this morning when I turned my PC on. In trying to access a
new document as I usually do, instead this "Filter Window" pops up listing a
great number of programs or Filters, I guess. No matter what I try in order to
open my Openoffice program, this window pops up. If I try to open an existing
Document, this window again pops up. If I click on it's OK button, it goes away
but no document appears. If I click on it's HELP button all I get is help for
writing programs in BASIC. I don't how to get around this Filter Window
Obstacle. Where did it come from ?? I sure hope you know what this is. I like
my program very much and I'm just frustrated with the appearance of that Filter
Window popup. Please advise. This a brand new PC I bought a few months ago. The
Tech who assembled it for me also downloaded your program and installed it for
me and has worked extremely well until now.
