A new installation of OO.o-2 on a laptop running Slackware-10.2. I want to
make additional fonts available to the application so I cd to
/opt/openoffice.org-2.0/program and run ./spadmin. It comes up just fine, but
when I go to the 'fonts' choice, only the existing ones are displayed.
Pressing the 'Add' button brings up a blank directory window; manually typing
in the path still shows no available fonts. Permissions and owner.group are
the same on working installations and this one

Has anyone an idea what happened? I've not seen this before on any OO.o
release, and that's not the way it's working on other hosts.

Thanks,

Rich
