That email was for you to confirm that you want to join the mailing list I presume. If that is what you want to do, then the email should mention that you need to simply hit the "reply" button in your email tool. Note that the [email protected] mailing list has quite a few mails on it every day, so you should setup a separate folder and a filter in your email tool.
