This might be true, but I would expect, that when I'm using the German
interface, that I don't have to use the . as decimal sign (note, that in
Germany you use , instead of .) and the OP has a German email-address.
:)

For me, your formula works with the , instead of the ., but I can't say,
if this is correct, because I use a version of OOo 2.0 modified by
Mandriva.
