Make the picture look like a watermark by selecting Watermark on the
Graphics mode dropdown menu on the Picture toolbar (it should appear

Did that but I can get the result using Frame Style... Watermark, with
the added bonus that you can specify transparency levels.
Place the picture in the background by right-clicking the picture and
selecting Wrap > In Background
Did that. Good!
When you have the watermark exactly where you want it, lock it in place
so it won't move by right-clicking the picture again and choosing
Picture... On the Options tab under the Protect section choose Position.
Did that. Good, except that I cannot click on the page again without
activating the watermerk. It doesn't move but I can't spellcheck or
click to use the cursor to insert etc.
Any idee how to change that.
